A talk by Dr.Babak Fozooni 28th June 2016, from 6pm (Talk begins at 7pm).
This social event combines a talk and social drinks where you can meet other Open University Psychology students in the London Region both before and after the talk.
We are delighted to have Babak Fozooni giving this talk. Babak is a critical psychologist specialising in social, developmental and political psychology. He has obtained six degrees and has written on topics ranging from discourse analysis and crowd psychology to cinema and sport. He is also an OU associate lecturer, and presents the OUPS Overview day for DD307 (Social psychology).
Babak will talk about the use of humour by psychotherapists and counsellors. His talk is based on his personal research which looks into whether humour is an asset or a hindrance for psychotherapy.
This is a great opportunity to socialise with other OU psychology students in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
